Jessica Smith

Vice President, Client Services

Meet our VP of Client Services, Jessica! As a member of TRG’s team for over five years, she knows what it takes to ensure client satisfaction and thrives off of diverse projects and new challenges.

What accounts are you currently working on?

Cuties Mandarins, Sun-Maid Raisins, Puffins Cereal, EA Games, Fandango Rewards, and Rubio’s.

What you’re most excited for from working on these accounts?

I like that my clients are from different industries and have different needs. One hour I could be working on a customer loyalty program for a CPG client, the next a gift with purchase for a gaming client, the next a social promotion for a QSR client and the next an experiential tour for an automotive client. Every moment of every day is different which keeps things exciting.

What do you find the most challenging at TRG?

My favorite projects are the ones that challenge me and that require some research or exploration to put together the right plan. I love programs that are custom, experiment with new social platforms and/or add gamification elements.

What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this?

I would spend more time writing and blogging about what I’m cooking and eating. Right now I blog as a hobby, so I work on blog posts in the morning before my work day starts, on my lunch break or after work. Occasionally, I think about what it would require to take my blog to the next level.
