Denice Paulson
Account Coordinator
Denice has been part of the TRG team for over ten years. If you hear someone laughing, most likely it’s Denice–or it’s because of Denice. You can always count on hearing a warm hello from her when you step in or call the office.
What is your role at TRG?
I definitely wear a lot of hats! My responsibilities at TRG are ever-evolving. I am Patti’s right-hand woman, an account coordinator, an office manager, and I contribute to the office as a whole–whether that be to the marketing department or to warehouse department.
What accounts are you currently working on?
Sun-Maid, Kilo E-Liquids, Hallmark, and NBC/Fallonventions.
What are 3 words to describe TRG?
Persevering, committed, and passionate. It’s our goal to be diligent in our work and provide the best services possible to our clients.
What do you like most about your job and TRG?
Each day there is something different to look forward to. I love working on sweepstakes promotions and getting to call up the “grand prize winner” to let them know that they have won a car, a trip to the North Pole, a week at any Sandals resort of their choice, gas cards, restaurant gift cards, and all the other sweepstakes winnings we do here at The Regan Group. It is priceless to hear each winner’s reaction.
Do you have a favorite quote, motto, or personal mantra?
Just Do It!
What’s your office nickname?
I’m definitely referred to as the “Mom” of the office. I’m always taking care of everybody!
What are three words to best describe you?
Charismatic, adaptable, and loyal.
What would you do for a career if you weren’t doing this?
Fitness competition or an elementary school teacher.
What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13?
Listen to your parents. Despite their rules and restrictions they are only trying to prepare you for your life and career in the future.
What are your three most overused words/phrases?
“Awesome”, “Let’s connect”, and “Have a great day”
How do you define success?
There are many definitions of success, but success for me at TRG is defined by effectiveness. Success is contributing to a project in a way that adds value, being fulfilled with the results and the work, and knowing that the work fulfills others and that the service we have provided is exceptional!
